Lemon, Dill and Garlic Kraut

What a classic and delicious combination lemon, dill & garlic is. We find that this one is popular even with people who generally don’t like (or think they don’t like) sauerkraut. It is the gateway kraut!

Serving Suggestion: Eat with fish or seafood of any kind, Greek flavours, Middle Eastern flavours, cheese, beetroot, eggs, avocado and salads.
