Red Cabbage Kraut

Our Red Cabbage Kraut is FODMAP friendly and absolutely delicious. We combine fresh local red cabbage with crushed juniper berries ground white pepper and organic Tasmanian wakame for a complex, warm, sour and crunchy taste sensation.

Serving Suggestion: Goes well with pork, beef, potatoes, apple (try folding through some cooked apple for a fabulous side dish)
